The lowkey, but extremely high-value entrance he made, not as a player, but as a special guest, turned many heads.
He came to the event with the Rolex Daytona ‘Blue Sapphire’ on his wrist, and he might as well have strapped $1.5 million to his extremity.
But, this isn’t any gem-set wristwatch, it’s a rare haute joaillerie masterpiece, and the most beautiful piece of arm-candy ever.
When an event has a tennis-playing superstar like Roger Federer getting involved, you wouldn’t think he would be upstaged by his own watch, but that’s exactly what happened.
When the sportsman was attending the Laver Cup, he had a particularly sparkly bit of arm candy accompanying him.
Federer was wearing the Rolex Daytona ‘Blue Sapphire’, a truly gem-packed masterpiece that’s estimated at a cool $1.5 million.

But a $1.5 million watch is not just expensive, it’s automotive-level; it was like he was sporting a whole supercar collection just on his wrist.
The watch, which is made in 18K white gold with a classic Oyster bracelet and a dial made of natural silver obsidian, costs the same price as two Ferrari SF90 Stradale.
The beautiful timepiece also sported 36 baguette-cut blue sapphires on the bezel, as well as 54 brilliant diamonds on the midcase.

Rolex
The amazing Rolex is known as the ‘Blue Sapphire’ due to 11 of the 12 hour markers being made of sapphire.
The tennis star rolled up very casually wearing the piece, but it certainly stole the show away from one of tennis’ biggest stars.
We 40-LOVE this amazing Rolex.
